Lead and manage all operational aspects of the organization, including programs, outreach, logistics, and administration.
Coordinate with program managers, field teams, and partner organizations to ensure timely and effective project execution.
Supervise volunteer teams, provide training, and monitor performance to maintain a high standard of service delivery.
Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize resource utilization and impact.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, donor requirements, and local regulations.
Collaborate closely with the board and leadership on planning, budgeting, and reporting.
